I would highly recommend having nothing to do with this real estate agents . They dont return phone calls and emails - Emails always have to be chased up. I have had a damaged apartment and its been over 2 months . They have no interest in meeting the tenant needs at all. I have sent 10 plus emails - NOTHING !!!!! I dont know what else to do . So desperate for help I have gone through other avenues to get advice . Hopefully the Landlords know they are wasting their money using this agency . I have tried to speak to the principal agent - who refuses to call me back .

The team I deal with are brilliant. So responsive, so customer focused, very clear in their communication. Nothing is too much trouble. Lynette Wong in particular has been so helpful, very patient and an absolute Godsend. She has helped me enormosly. Zanna Russell is the dream property manager. Straight shooter, great to deal with, gets stuff done and communicates clearly and promptly. Honestly, this team is fantastic. Can't fault them.

An agency company that is really good at wasting both tenants and landlords time and money. They pretend to be professional and high standards at the first place but they can be very aggressive once they found they cannot take advantages from you. I have been dealing with so many different agents as a tenant, a landlord and a property investor. You are the only agency that makes me feel sick and feel I have to leave a comment like this in case more people would be suffered from you.
