All communication is dealt with efficiently, we understand the demands and often reactiveness of their requests which has also been appreciated in return. Our strata manager, Rebecca Patterson at Bright & Duggan Newcastle is outstanding. We recently had a strata committee meeting and it was well run and efficient. Rebecca was respectful to all present and somehow managed to move a long meeting along without disrespecting anyone's point of view. She should be acknowledged for her overall professionalism and knowledge.

Do not work for this company. They manipulate small contractors to work for them and then unlawfully withhold payments from them. They are bullies and dont pay. Very unprofessional, do not respond to phone calls or emails.
