Whenever I have a persistent problem that remedial massage can not improve I'll go to Chris for Myofascial Release and he always sorts my body out. Chris is very professional, competent and, even though he's very strong, his strokes are very gentle. He's helped me with neck problems, knee pain and lower back discomfort. I highly recommend Sydney Myofascial Release Centre.
