One of the things I love about Fascia Fitness is that I always leave feeling alive and invigorated. Seb provides a whole body movement sequence that caters for all ages and fitness levels. As one of the "oldies" in my group, I've always been able to participate in every activity. We stretch, workout, laugh and breathe! What a way to start the day - engaging and waking up the fascia, the lungs and the brain. Seb is knowledgeable, fun and caring. He provides a varied, well structured and safe environment. Do it!

Really want to rave about Fiona Maree and her Clinic. I have suffered with chronic lower back pain for over 10 years. The pain was so bad it was really impacting my quality of life. I tried everything - physio, chiro, cortisone injections NOTHING worked. Not till Fiona Maree - she has healing hands backed by a science-based/holistic approach to the human body; her knowledge of human fascia (google it!) and how important healthy fascia is for a healthy body and mind! I really recommend Fiona she has a beautiful energy and you really will experience lasting pain relief. A big shout out to the wonderful Clair who will welcome you to the studio and make you feel right at home. Just the absolute best.

Fiona has pulled together a team of experts that know the importance of a holistic approach to health and well-being. Each of them understand the connectedness of the body, mind and all the systems connecting them. They design bespoke programs to support you becoming the strongest healthiest version of yourself. I have spent years in traditional therapys for chronic pain and injuries and have never been able to be pain free. Working with Fiona, Sebastian and Sahand had me pain free in a few months. They also taught me how to remain pain free and avoid further injury. Besides being brilliant at their jobs, they are also a bunch of super cool people.

My experience at the clinic has been nothing but satisfying. Fiona knows exactly where to go to help fix issues. I tried the infra red sauna and thoroughly enjoyed it. It was a bonus time-out I hadnt planned. Claire on the front desk is bright and bubbly so its always a pleasure speaking to her.
