    Took my car to jax tyres east Maitland for 2 tyres & a wheel alignment finished the job receipt says all completed payed the payment to find they have damaged underneath the car bent the bar somehow wont fix the damages even tho admitting something wasnt right now my car is off balanced steers to the left makes a clunky noise where the bar has been bent now I have to contact the tribunal my mechanic will verify the car was inspected underneath a couple of days before taking it to jax tyres as it was ready for a pink slip not to mention putting the wrong plate number on the receipt

    terrible , worst service , no customer care follow up on replaced engine, left a loose clamp on radiator , totally lied and stuffed me around , James Slacks creek , i have 3 letters from good mechanics , going to take this rude arrogant man to court, even my dad and partner complained about the work he did , have affidavits from them also , but also have legal advice to complain here and QTAC and I have had to employ a lawyer. after two weeks waiting for them to give me quote to fix what is their fault they told me they did not and could not find find anyone on the in the Sunshine coast to fix my car , this is the SlaCKS Creek branch and the Caloundra branch , while I as a non mechanic women got three quotes. not only did Iose time with their deceit and lies but money . also the manger James has been asked 6 times to provide a document of work done and he refuses to and has not provided it , very strange man . Many people have said Jax should do tyres and leave peoples cars alone Yes I have been in torch with a James he knows all about this snd totally will not tske responsibility . I have just employed a lawyer , more money to make this terrible manger fix what he should have done originally

    Very bad customer service. I have photo evidence that prove the damage on my rim wasn't on middle of spokes before they changed tyres. The photos have taken in front of their office just before I left their shop but they are denying their fault, only repeating that it's pre existing or it's not a true representation of my experience(of course without any fact, evidence or explanation). I proved my point with photos but they don't even try to explain how they made their decision. How could they say it's not a true experience without evidence or explanation? Why would I do all this if you didn't damage my rim? Why couldn't you show me whole CCTV during my car was in the shop if you are really saying truth? I am not an online fighter i have only written reviews with my genuine experience with photos and never ever happened like this Jax issue before. People can make a mistake but usually other businesses admitted their fault and apologised and I gave them 4 or 5 stars(being honest is beautiful behaviour and I always appreciate it). I have never seen a company denied their fault like Jax. They don't protect their innocent victims even who has clear evidence.
