    This company is a joke and unprofessional. Do not use this company as you will only be disappointed.First I booked in advance for a ride in a suburb I don't normally frequent and then the driver doesn't pick up his phone and GPS on the app says he is 1 hr away. I have tried to get into contact with the driver multiple times but still nothing. So I called the company and they were also unhelpful in getting in contact so I canceled the ride since there wasn't anything they could do and booked on Uber due to the lack of communication from the driver as I was not going to wait 1 hr. Out of principle I got in touch with the company and asked them to reimburse me for my Uber since their driver didn't pick up the phone or answer me, they argued with me saying that it was my fault for canceling and they didn't take any accountability for the app or anything. They made excuses saying the driver's car had low battery so the GPS on their app wasn't working correctly...as if that is my fault. After some back and forth they finally reimbursed me but it was like pulling teeth for a measly $90 which they made a massive deal about since the COO (Nathan or something) had to transfer me money lmao.If you are on ndis they don't allow you to make bookings on the app so it has to be by email only and their business hours are very short so they close at 4pm or something. I made the "mistake" of emailing them at 10 pm on a weekend as I forgot to make a booking and got an email from the COO scolding me that "I would be without transport" if I made bookings out of business hours (even though they have on-call staff) and that I was "lucky" that they even booked me in. I replied saying its redundant to say that to a customer and to be honest what sort of manager is this passive-aggressive to a customer... I believe that the incident above caused the COO to have some sort of resentment or vendetta toward a customer which is so unprofessional and pathetic.Unfortunately, I had another incident that happened in which the driver was driving erratically and abruptly braking. I told him to brake more gently and he took it personally and kept getting defensive. Later on, he interrupted my phone call and accused me of putting my shoes on the car door and seat in front which I did not. I was already uncomfortable and wanted to leave as soon as he dropped me off but then he accused me of smashing his door closed and damaging his car. He also yelled at me aggressively and made me feel so unsafe.I have just about had it with this company. Everyone from the staff to the drivers is unprofessional and I wonder how they even manage to run a business when the service they provide is this bad. This company is a joke and to everyone using it - just use a legit ride-sharing app this is a pathetic excuse for a company. I think they are marketing this as uber for NDIS and I just want to say that's an absolute scam because Uber and other ride-sharing services are cheaper. I have had so many rides with them and I wish I never gave them that sort of revenue.

    On route to Sydney airport I received a message from GPU to say my driver was waiting at Melbourne. I responded to the text to say arrival was only due 4 hours later. Then received a message from Virgin to say flight number had changed so on the same sms I sent the new flight number. On arrival at Melbourne there was a message from the driver to say GPU had cancelled my ride because my flight had been cancelled. I advised the driver we had just landed and to wait but GPU had told him not to wait. I immediately called the GPU emergency line and waited 10 minutes for an answer. The operator told me she couldnt find the booking. I lost my temper and after another 10 minute wait I was told this had been escalated to a supervisor who would call me the next morning. Took and UBER home for half the price of GPU. Next morning I was told the SMS is not manned and I should have called or emailed GPU so would lose the prepaid cost of the trip. They threw the terms and conditions at me. Will never use the service again
