I went to see dr chan with high hopes of getting help but all I got was weight loss advice and told I am too young to get help so enjoy 20 years of pain thanks for nothing

I cannot speak too highly of the service provided by Dr Chan and his staff. From the initial consultation to the knee replacement and post operation care. He is, in my view the go to surgeon for knee and hip problems. Thank you.

I have to say in response to the previous review that I found Dr Chan and his assistants excellent in all ways. At no time did I feel disrespected.

The doctors are lovely but the receptionist for dr chan is rude, disrespectful, has no empathy for anyone. I turned up with an elderly lady 15mins before her appointment, my frirnd has major anxiety issues. The receptionist says she tried calling us to inform us that there was going to be a 2hr wait.. calling us 4mins before her appointment is in no way a respectful time frame to let us know their running late.. i tried to discuss this with said secretary and she blatantly and rudely walked away. Then wen i continued to try to explain my friends anxiety issues and a proper warning time frame would be better i washed brushed aside and not apologised too... we were not the only ones she did this too... disgusted with this particular secretary...
