I have used this company to move from Sydney to Perth. Many of my items were broken or missed out. They didn't receive my call, didn't respond to my email, didn't respond to my message. In 6 months after the move and continously raising complaints, I was called to come to their warehouse and find missing items myself. Items from other customers laying down like a garbage, I found my marble table's legs and bed frames broken into pieces and got back home with them. So, here you are my horror story with Eric Bilston Removal. Use them if you still want.

DONT USE THEM ! they have thiefs that work for them , i used them to move my gear from perth to sydney in early feb , when my stuff got to sydney - things were broken and missing . spoke to him who i had been dealing with he just f#*ked me around big time . they mite be a bit cheaper than other companys but at least you get to keep all your stuff with someone else.

thinking of using Eric Bilston Removals ? DONT ! ! .they have thief's that work for them. I used them in early february to move me from perth w.a to sydney nsw . upon organising my storage lockup i noticed something missing so made enquiries with the person that i organised the move with and he said he would sort it out . i ring , leave messages . got 1 message back saying someone was lookin into it , but just gettin f'ed around bad ! others removalist mite cost a bit more but at least you get to keep all your stuff
