Extremely poor service and communication. Purchased an item from Trend Living Comfort paying them the delivery fee. Trend Living Comfort engaged a delivery provider who could no deliver my parcel, holding it at there depot without being allowed to collect. After long and extremely unpleasant discussions with Trend Living Comfort and Aramex (courier company engaged by Trend Living Comfort) it has been agreed to have my parcel redirected at no charge (originally advised a charge of 5.5 applied, whatever 5.5 is in dollars?). However, this will take another 4-5 days until they could provide any timeframe on the delivery. On expressing my concerns to Vu at Trend Living Comfort his care factor seemed to be none existing, advising I could either wait another 4-5 days until he could give me another timeframe on delivery date or have a refund. Trend Living Comfort do not seem to care about customer, rather treating you like you are just another number, taking no accountability. Nervously awaiting to see if we will ever receive our parcel.
