Whoever I spoke to on the phone had no idea of meterage. Prices are way over the top for the service provided. I got stuck with two guys who couldnt speak English and a product left on my doorstep. Poor service. Poor communication.

Called this company regarding frequent ongoing commercial work and spoke with two people. They made it very obvious that I was being an inconvience and were not interested in the work.

An absolutely disgraceful experience with this company involving denial of responsibility, shifty practices and downright deceit. For interstate transport they position themselves as premium BUT BEWARE they sub contract to the cheapest company at their disposal. We intend to pursue Jack and his promises - AVOID at all costs. After paying for a delivery, unpack and removal service we received a leave and DUMP service. I ended up paying a local handyman to assemble and the packaging, debris and big mess remain on my decking.

Mum sent 26 boxes, 5 paintings and a big carpet over from Perth to her apartment in Sydney. I was impressed with the careful communication regarding arrival to her apartment as I needed to get there. Delivery time was confirmed and received two reminders. Tarms and Mike were able to skilfully drive the big truck through the narrow lane. The boxes were unloaded with much care. And I enjoyed chatting to the team. Happy to recommend! Service: Vehicle transport
