2-1-24 Water damage to carpets in 4 rooms. It is now 7-3-24, 2mths later, & still no joy. Still having to call & chase up every few days. If & when you finally get to speak to someone, after hours upon hours of waiting on hold, you have the same repeat conversation with each representative. They are very apologetic & say they will call you back & never do. You can never get to speak to anyone with actual authority to make a decision. It feels like you are communication with an inexperienced call center. Finally last Wednesday I spoke to someone you said they would approve the claim & sent a cash settlement offer which I signed & returned. Finally, I thought this ordeal was over, but no! I called again today, 7-3-24, to find out whether they had made payment to my nominated bank acc. I spoke to someone called Ali, who said he could see my acceptance email & the cash settlement email from them, however he could not process a payment as the status of the claim is not yet approved! Of course, he said he would call back & never did. Seriously, this organization & their representatives are nothing but a joke.

They don't even look my claim ,send me with wrong detail message, I ask for the report of the assesors but wait 1 month for nothing I try to call many times but just all day sit n wait for them to transfer after few hours phone just cut off, They send 2 guys come for inspections ,the first one come going inside the house for just 2 minutes and go, do not check anything. The second one come,he climbed up my roof walking back and forth then climb down,after he gone .it was raining and the water is licking from the roof to my ceiling. I phone them give someone come to check but they don't respond anything Very disappointed and frustrated Have no even one word to describe about them

Charged a premium of $175 per month for home insurance. No one to contact, and CBA also never followed up! Please response ASAP!

What a horrible experience trying to constantly try and chase details for our claim. I had the assessor call me in January to confirm that it had been approved, then nothing for weeks and we have had to follow up on a monthly basis with the same old we will get back to you and never do. Communication is horrific, do not recommend.

Tried calling, was on hold / in the queue for 45 minutes without ever being answered. This was during thier standard work hours.
