This is a review about my online order and return to store experience.
Bought about 10 David Lawrence branded items from MYER online store a few days ago. Delivery was quick but one piece came ripped - I was shocked as this means multiple quality control points at both DL and Myer had failed before it was packed for delivery.
Now the return process is a NIGHTMARE:
1.Myer staff said they cannot process the return because it was a David Lawrence item.
2.No one from David Lawrence was in the store Sunday 11Am. Came back again at 12PM and the David Lawrence representative said she is not authorized to make a decision, and will need to wait for her manager next week.
3.When I try to call Myer store, there is only a 1300 number which is answered by the machine, and when directed to Myer David Lawrence no one picks up and phone got hanged up.
The item is only $79 and Im feeling its not worth my time to follow this up. But the whole process is so ridiculous in comparison to what a standard online experience should be in this day and age. Will definitely try to avoid them going forward.
