The woman that works there on a Wednesday/Friday ( tall woman ) is nice . So too is the woman that I met there today . I ordered a dress in from another store last time - it got delivered 3 days later - arrived on the Monday and put aside for me - then put on the rack after that and was bought by someone else . ( I wasn't aware it had arrived & it was waiting ) . I wanted to ask the woman there today a question , but felt she wanted to rush us out the door . Leaving a star off for how expensive the store is BUT EVERYTHING in the store(s) is SO BEAUTIFUL + top quality .

Professional customer service I experienced in both stores Town Hall and at Castle Towers. Friendly staffs and helpful. Experience staff m. I also like the style very unique only the price a bit too much.

The girl who served me tonight was FABULOUS. I believe her name is Cat if the receipt is anything to go by. She was such a joy to be around, made me feel so confident and comfortable. She also understood exactly what I was after and really sold me on the brand. I would not have spent $120 on a single shirt if it wasn't for her so you guys better pay her well! That said, can also say this brand seems to have very well made clothes. In a time of fast fashion and cheap clothes mass produced by children in sweat shops this was a breath of fresh air. I walked in for the vintage style, I stayed for the quality! Thick fabrics with multiple layers that look like they'd last a lifetime of wear. I understand the price tag is hefty but considering they're made here in Australia with quality fabrics that aren't thin and fragile I think it is well worth it. (I also need to go back to find out what the hell they spray on their clothes too, because it's like crack )
