        Love Rockmans, very helpful staff and easy exchange or refunds if needed. I never need a refund though as Rockmans are perfect for true to sizing

        I went to the store to exchange something i had bought online..sale items i agree..but their instruction on the web and email have no mention of no refund on sale items..nowhere have they said we cant exchange..d staff was really apologetic..but DONT BUY SALE ITEMS online till u r sure of your size..coz they will NOT exchange!
