I recently visited the Peter Alexander store in Castle Hill and had the pleasure of interacting with an exceptional worker named Rachael D. Her customer service was truly outstanding and went above and beyond my expectations. Not only was she incredibly friendly and helpful in assisting me with my purchase, but she also took the time to answer all of my questions and provide additional information about the products I was interested in. What really stood out to me, however, was how Rachael went the extra mile to ensure that I had a positive experience. When I mentioned that I was looking for a gift for my sister, she took the time to help me choose the perfect item and even wrapped it beautifully for me. Her attention to detail and genuine care for her customers really made a difference and left a lasting impression on me. Overall, I would highly recommend the Peter Alexander store in Castle Hill for anyone looking for high-quality sleepwear or loungewear. Wanted to purchase a PJ bottom, only size in a small was on a mannequin in the window. The store would not take the pj from the mannequin for a sale. There was other sizes that they could have replaced on the mannequin. So bye bye sale and one very unhappy customer.

Came into Peter Alexander unsure and uncertain on what I was after, the store had so much variety and everything looked incredible I couldnt make my mind up or decide what I was after, thankfully a young girl named Rachael greeted me as soon as I was in the store and helped me find everything and more Rachael was extremely helpful and really went above and beyond for me, pouring all her time in my questions and concerns, she listened to everything I told her and had answers and showed me multiple items that could be a good fit for what I was after. Rachael made me feel like more than just her next big sale and more like a valued customer, helping me from the beginning to the end I left Peter Alexander castle towers with my bags full, a smile on my face and an incredible experience I hope everyone who goes in gets someone like Rachael to help them
