Absolutely fantastic service from Matthew who helped me sort out a last minute suit for a formal work event. This will be my 2nd Peter Jackson suit, I'd highly recommend Matthew and his team to anyone looking for a quality suit and superb service.

Thank You to Matt, this is a 5 star just for the customer service, visited Peter Jackson today for my first time 2/4/23 Sunday with My Brother (Groom) and Myself (Groomsmen) with the two other men. Matt was able to pick my pants size just by eye and had great patience with the Groom and Bride questions and was able to answer and help through the whole process. This company needs more staff like Matt!

My partner had a fault with his suit pants from this store and brought them back for tailoring. He was told it would take a week for it to be fixed, however due to not hearing anything from the store two weeks after we called and they said theyve been there ready but had not attempted to contact us. We went into the store days later and no alternations had been made after the now three weeks, the fault had clearly not been attempted to be fixed. The sales person was very casual about the poor customer service experience and told us to leave the pants with him and he would call by close of business. There was no attempt made to reach out to us, even though we told him the suit was needed the following day. Terrible service and even worse treatment by staff who didnt seem to care or recognise the mistake.
