Frost Air Conditioning

I wanted a Mitsubishi heavy industries air conditioning unit installed and I had used Frost so install a similar unit in another room previously and I was happy with that. Frost are not the cheapest option however they are an authorised installer for these units which means in the unlikely need for a warranty issue you are not stuck arguing between the manufacture and the installer which can happen if you go with a cheaper unaffiliated installer. The actual installers were all very communicative and friendly and I have been very happy with the MHI unit in heating my bedroom to 24c on the last few under 5c nights, the power usage is very efficient also. Over all pretty happy with the experience.

I recently had a highly disappointing experience with Frost Air Conditioning. While the technician was friendly and helpful, the overall experience left much to be desired. They broke my Return Grill during inspection, and their quote to replace my controller was exorbitant. After weeks of chasing them for the quote, I decided to seek a second opinion and discovered that my Daikin unit was still under warranty. This ordeal wasted valuable time and nearly cost me the $1,000 that Frost quoted me for the repair. I strongly advise caution and getting a second opinion before trusting Frost Air Conditioning. PS.
