When Brett came out for the initial assessment, it was obvious he knew exactly what we needed and asked the right questions. After a 15 min assessment, he knew our home better than we did and guided (not pushed) us in the right direction. We ended up going with Brett and Air Elec - we could not be happier. The team arrived on schedule, they were neat and clean and overall top blokes. Watching them work was like they could do it all with their eyes closed. They kept us informed throughout the process and by the end of the day we had a new AC system which we cannot be happier with. Choosing the right tradies to do your jobs can be challenging, and for us choosing air elec was the best decision we made. Brett and Steve at Air Elec are dead set legends. I had a couple of jobs that needed attending to on short notice - one was a new install, the other a repair. Brett and team organised and promptly attended to these jobs, providing a fresh quality install and timely repair quicker than you could say "air conditioning installation". Thanks again team!
