Cardiff Ford

I went to Ford Cardiff to see one of the used cars, and it was the worst experience ever, the guy was very unwelcoming and he just tried to send us away in different ways, I thinks he was racistic as well from the way he looked at us. I will never go there again.

I have recently purchased a demo car from Cardiff ford, can I say how great the service was that I received from Corey the sales person but also holly with finance and insurance. Highly recommend purchasing from them in the future as they both were very friendly and so helpful throughout the whole deal.

I must say that as far as Sales people go Sarah is not your usual sales types she is so much better. From the first phone call I felt it wasnt about a sale, more about what was going to make me happy. And I must say I am extremely happy with the deal Sarah got for me and the service provided. I first met Sarah at Cardiff Ford while shopping around for a Ranger. She was so helpful while introducing me to the features of the new series. I continued shopping around but soon realised that I needed to go back while Sarah wasnt there this time the rest of the team stepped up and without much were able to offer me my best deal without the super long wait. Very happy customer.
