        Good negotiation process. Poor communication once deal was done regarding pick up of vehicle. Car was not clean on pick up - rubbish in door pockets and under front seats. Verbal agreement to fix some minor dents whilst front door was being replaced but didn't. Verbal agreement to fix radio but didn't, now have to return to look at fixing after 2 weeks which is an inconvenience.
