Contact the Doctor surgery last week and asked to make a script appointment and advised by Tracey I would be be called back, however never received a return call. Contacted the surgery again today and spoke to Tracy who was very rude on the phone and was told because I don't have a consistent doctor there they aren't taking on new patients, even though I am an existing patient and been attending this practice my entire life. Really disappointed with this outcome and I won't be returning.

Waited a week to get an in person appointment, only to get a call from a receptionist that doctor is working from home. I'm a health professional myself, Telehealth works but sometimes doctors just need to do an in person check. Receptionist Carly is condescending and rude. I understand that everyone is under stress due to Covid-19, but the hospitals and supermarkets never shut down, why are the GP practices so precious!
