I've only just started seeing lovely dr Claire Hebbard , and she's very good , but not sure why the receptionist has a bad attitude it's a bit uncomfortable , Il try go to the other receptionist next time

Do yourself a favour and do not go to this dr. You deserve better than substandard care from a substandard man at a substandard practice. - They will do the minimum required to get you out the door even if it means you go unhelped. - They will submit the wrong information on medical applications leading to those applications being denied. - They will not read letters from other medical practitioners which will require you to read them yourself, understand them yourself and advocate for yourself. - They will tell you their time is more important than yours (to your face) when they call you once (3rings) for a phone appointment. - They will make you wait for everything, late appointments, late phone calls, late applications, etc. You will even need to wait to be told you can go. Take it from someone who has seen far too many useless drs, its not worth it and it wont be better this time. Find someone else.

Claire is an amazing Dr extremely caring & goes above & beyond to get to the answers of your health concerns. The reception staff have always been extremely polite & helpful when trying to get an appointment & assisting in sending referrals & making bookings.
