Thank you so much for the Cacao ceremonies as they are truly amazing. For me it is the best way to release or let go of emotions that I don't want to keep carrying around. I have always left feeling refreshed and relaxed. I highly recommend this experience and look forward to the next ceremony.

Absolutely love AYS. I had a massage there in October for Lymphatic Drainage. And wow. Did I feel like a new person afterwards. They also have the most amazing blends of organic teas on offer. After a few minor health issues, I went to see Andrea and discussed my needs. She put together a few blends for me that were nothing short of delicious and effective. I cant go a single night without my tea. I highly recommend visiting their new store or their website for not only Teas and massages, but many other services they offer. 10/10 would recommend and cant wait to Visit their store again when I get the chance. Top shelf customer service and quality products.

I have been meditating with Andrea and staff from AYS for a few years. Not only is everyone associated with AYS amazing people but they are great at what they do. Andreas meditations have always taken me to where I needed to go and I always feel extremely relaxed when leaving the centre.
