An amazing relaxing atmosphere, friendly staff and facilities are well maintained. Enjoyed a 45 minute Relaxation massage followed by a 60 minute float session (this being my first float session) I wasnt sure how Id go with it, but suffice to say it went well and I fell asleep during the session. They offer music for the first 10 minutes and last 10 minutes or music all the way through. Ill definitely take the music at the start and end for next time. But thank you for the recommendation for music. Top service.

I initially booked for a remedial massage (never had one before), however, one the girls suggested doing a sauna beforehand as well because of the sport I play. Best decision ever!!! Left feeling so refreshed. Jennifer is an amazing therapist who knew exactly how to apply the right pressure and was always checking in to make sure I was comfortable. Highly highly recommend. I'll be back soon :) Also shocked with how beautiful the space is! Really well thought out x

I went in to get a mothers day package for my mum and was blow away by how amazing this place is. The staff are fantastic and the all the rooms are immaculate....I will definitely be back for myself
