Wasted 2 months with the agency. Was sweet talked that the house would be sold at the agreed price and we would be shown properties that we would like to purchase. It was all down hill after that conversation. Multiple Requests to drop the price and also tried scamming us into selling our property first then, rent and look for what we wanted later. Tried to trick us into selling immediately to a buyer they were confident we would get the winning bid on this particular property. Thankfully we did not go ahead as the property sold for more than our max bid and we would have been left homeless. Now we are left with the ad campaign price that is higher then what we agreed. Agent has taken off and agency not interested to resolve.

The Ray White property managers allow dangerous and broken trees to remain on the properties they apparently 'manage'. Not just small broken branches, but 15m tall trees that have the capacity to knock out surrounding houses with the capacity to not only damage, but cause serious if not lethal injuries to those occupants, their pets or children. Their whole line of response, let your insurance deal with it. Even when its life threatening. Damage has already been done, but they don't care that old and broken trees shouldn't be maintained or removed - they leave them broken and resting on neighbouring properties. All with an email from their apparent COO who has also been sent photos of the current state of trees and has continued to do nothing other than ignore the issue. If any civil dispute lawyers want to help - please reach out. This cant be the only time this has happened and when someone who is an apparent decision maker decides to ignore photographic evidence remains silent, there should be some form of recompense. I only hope that if these trees do fall down, that they fall onto the property that they manage and not one of the multiple neighbouring houses.
