I hate this place.. This place is always understaffed.. I went for my NIPT test and it took more than an hour.. I wish I could avoid this place.. Rude staff and they are not professional at all

Came to this DHM as my wife needed to complete her GTT. This is one of the few places that don't make you wait in the standard waiting room (apparently). The Asian lady who was taking bloods was so rude. However, treated others differently. Makes me wonder if the colour of our skin had something to do with it. I'm very disappointed coming here. I don't feel valued. Especially for my wife who's already going through so much. Fortunately for DHM not all staff were like this. There was an Asian man who was so polite and welcoming. I just wish the person interacting with my wife was the same.

On Saturday 8am, I went another medical centre in the Mall but cue was too long, so check online nearest lab, and went there. It was really quick like 4 mins waiting then done. Also really friendly stuff. Thank you. I was in hurry you guys helped me.

Great staff, friendly and great at what they do. I'm not an easy person to collect blood from but they have always gotten me first go.
