        Not even open, people waiting, went on the other office in the mall, service was so slow, people giving up our fasting went beyond the limit...have to walk out...such a poor service

        Waiting time excessive for a basic blood sample. Poor quality staff taking up to 45 minutes per patient. To interested in socialising instead of doing good job

        On Tuesday afternoon i came into the Lab, next to Best & Less - Campbelltown Mall basement, Mrs.Sharon welcomed me, took my Lab blood test form, went extra and beyond at helping me with my situation and made things fall in places, took my blood without any problems - i almost didn't feel it, amazing - rechecked all data, booked me for another different test per my Gp's advice, and that's it. Thank you Sharon
