        I had the best customer service They were really nice and helpful with my online order and in store order too. They put a lot of effort into helping me out to find the right size.

        On Monday my husband and I were met by the nicest sales assistant. Polite and very helpful. My husband purchase Lacoste shoes and was really happy. My size was only available in the display shoes, the sales lady was nice enough to order them for me from another store and they were delivered by Wednesday with a lovely hand written thank you for your purchase note from the Shellharbour store. Great experience. Wish all stores appreciated their customers as much as these guys do.

        I had the best customer service today from a staff member today around 1pm, he had blue nail polish and grey NBs on. They were out of stock of the shoe I wanted so he gave me so many options and I found an alternative I loved. He was very kind and apologetic because he was super busy while his other team member was on break. 10/10 would recommend shopping here after this experience!

        Amazing customer service. I was served by Jaika (sorry if I spelt it wrong) she was SO helpful. I kept requesting so many different shoes and different sizes and she was so happy to help. Definitely give her some recognition for her customer service. I didnt get the name of the other 2 on but they were just as polite and helpful. Great experience there today and I got the perfect shoes because they were so helpful! Thank you!
