Jumbo Pets

Jumbo pets service and pricing is fantastic, we need prescription dog food for our old dog. From time of order to it arriving is so fast, never had a delay always smooth and easy. We live on an island but still we get our faster than anywhere else we have ordered. The only thing I would to see is low fat treats under 2 grams of fat.

I never had any issues before but this time ordered few things 2 weeks ago got all the products except the dog food havent heard a thing from them since I picked up the other items 2 weeks ago (so much for their claim that items are dispatched same day!!). Emailed last week was advised item arrived in the warehouse but still havent received the Royal cannon dog food What happened to the great service we have always received..

I bought advocate online for Click and collect only to be told it's not in stock 5 hrs later they are the cheapest price just takes a bit longer to get it

We buy almost everything we need from here at a really reasonable price. We also use the delivery service which has super fast dispatching. Really happy with their service and I'd recommend them to anyone.

I ordered Blackhawk dog food for my dog and the only one he likes eating is the ocean fish one. Their prices were better than anyone around my area. Postage was quick and communication was great. I will be buying from again in the future
