100% recommend Dr Marco Raftopulos. Very kind, caring. Brilliant at his job. Did an endoscopy and felt no pain or discomfort at all (no numbing spray either). Thank you!

Giving 3 stars because the surgeon is amazing and he made a massive difference in my life with an outstanding surgery on my sinuses. His staff in the city are so pleasant to deal with. If I were rating the staff at his office in Campbelltown I would't even give them one star. I cannot express enough how rude they are. They purposely don't answer the phone and for some reason they purposely don't put anything on line to assist. They make everything difficult and are snappy in their responses in person as they act like they are doing you such a favour. I highly recommend this surgeon but it is worth the drive to go to the other office which is what I did post surgery.

I tried multiple times to book an appointment. I heard a dial tone when I first called, but no one picked up the phone. I immediately called back again, and this time it went to "User Busy", and it has been saying that continuously ever since. How is one supposed to book an appointment at this centre then?
