Had a doctors appointment they called out name and then as we were walking towards them they took someone that just got there and I had to wait even longer with a screaming toddler and baby for him to look over my daughter for 2mintutes with no answers

What a shambles I booked online to see Dr Randa When I arrived for my appointment I was told that Dr Randa only takes appointments from existing clients. wait what ? Why ? Whats the difference? I dont understand how a supposed medical professional can reject the medical need of anyone. The most disturbing part of this fiasco was, the counter person had no concern for my medical condition none Not one question regarding my medical need .. nothing People deserve better than this complete ineptitude The last time is saw Dr Randa I found her to be very thorough and caring. What happened I suspect its not Dr Randa but the substandard help If youre interested my condition is urgent and serious! Thanks for nothing Campbelltown Medical and Dental Centre youre a disgrace

A one hour wait for a five minute consultation with a $70 fee. So much for paying taxes and Medicare that doesnt care. The country is going backwards. Shame!
