Fernanda's TRTP sessions have been the only therapy thats has been effective on me in my entire life. All the fears I was holding on from childhood trauma that was causing me to overeat, addicted to chocolate, stay anti social and fearful to pursue my goals were dealt with in these sessions. I cannot believe I do not even notice sweets in the shops anymore and I no longer procrastinate on a daily basis. I just feel free to be who I want to be without the chains of yesterday holding me back anymore. I am forever grateful to Fernanda and TRTP for best gift I could ever receive. I feel like I get another chance at being myself and I wish everyone could experience how incredible that feels.

I dint wasn't sure if the TRTP process would work until I had the first session and fernanda showed me how powerful the mind is with a simple exercise, ever since the first session I started to feel a sense of calm and peace I dint have before. Very grateful to have done this treatment, I highly recommend it.
