        Spoke to a counsellor from Campbelltown. Zero empathy. Constantly cutting me off, assuming, arguing debating challenging and saying things a counsellor shouldn't say all within 30 minutes. I had to end the call because it was stressing me out. No way a person who studied counselling would ever do this. Goes against counselling. I got a call from Baptist care today. They seem to be taking my complaint seriously. Will update further. Never got back to me. Disappointing
