        Wouldn't even bother inquiring about purchasing items. We are avid collectors with an ABN and were really keen on purchasing large specimens for our collection. We did not realise it was appointment only however upon inquiring we were greeted with a condescending attitude. Putrid customer service, she couldn't even be bothered to stand up from behind her computer, just yelled from across the store. Even though the store was empty we were still not welcome to browse.
