Ordered clothing shipment Boxing Day, said that there was tracking on the website but there wasnt. I emailed them but just an automated email that was never followed up but thats ok because 16 days later I received an email from courier letting me know its on the way 2 days later I received the shipment but it was a split delivery, so this was 18 total days after order was place. Judging from the email from the courier company they received it and delivered it to me within two business days so the courier company isnt at fault. I then emailed again letting them know I only received some of the shipment not all the items once again automated email no response then I receive an email asking me for feedback of the products I havent even received. I email again once again no response so now its been more than a month I havent received all the products Ive ordered. They dont respond to emails they dont care about you once theyve got your money its really disappointing.
