Better By Bike - Byron Bay

What an amazing way to see parts of Australia by E-bike. Matt was super accommodating, picking us up from our BNB in Byron Bay and talking us through the trails on our journey to the start line. Once we reached the end, Matt checked in on us and gave us the opportunity to ride back once we wrapped up lunch or he would drive us back, we choose to ride back of course! Then to top off an amazing day, for an extra $50 each, we took the bikes over night and cycled up to the lighthouse, watched the sunset and cruised around Byron Bay. Such an awesome idea and looking forward to the extention of the bike trails in the near future.

What an awesome day! Campbell & Matt went above and beyond to give us the best experience. They took the time to ensure we were comfortable with the bikes before we left and then gave us lots of good tips about how to make the most of the ride. The track is beautiful and the e-bikes made the 48km round trip a breeze! This is a fantastic way to spend a day and I would highly recommend it to anyone

April 2023. My gosh riding the rail trail on E-bikes from Better By Bike, was the most fun I've had in a long time. I couldn't believe how easy it was. We were greeted at Crystal Creek with 'new' bikes, pristine condition, helmets, and swift instructions on how to use them. It took me 30 seconds to feel like an expert. The ride was breathtaking, it was Easter Sunday so lots of people out and about, however, I never felt it was crowded I marveled at the array of people all smiling. Families of every age were walking, pushing prams, riding, or getting along on their wheelchairs... it was a wonderful experience. We stopped at Hosanna Farm Stay for the best-slow-cooked brisket burger, there were so many other options too. You may want to call ahead and check if they are open to the public, but I'm going back to Hosanna to camp... what an amazing find for the family that is!!! We road from crystal creek to Murwillumbah in about 1 hour, back to Hosanna for 1-hour lunch and ice cream then back on the road and arranged to meet Better by Bikes at Mooball where we were driven back to our cars. So seamless, so much fun, and yes I still felt I'd done some 'work' with my legs and backside (but the kind of work that feels good). Best day out, take your favourite friends or visiting family. Highly recommend this company and experience
