Loved this Shop, thank you sooooo much .....as I never would have even tried my cheeky scrunchie bum, if it wasnt for the lovely lady explaining how it would suit my body type. Edit: I've changed this to 3 stars because I gave feedback on my Square receipt and they were very quick to respond and apologize, and refunded in a timely manner. They have assured me this is not their norm, so when I am in Byron next I will give them another go. Bought a cute bottom here while I was in Byron, store was all fine and good, but the quality of the product no good. I wore it once, for an hour or two just to lay out, and three areas of seams are coming unsewn. To top it off, their website is offline and can't find any way to contact them.

Very strange and uncomfortable experience at this store. I was having a look at the variations of bikini bottoms and took a video of the styles to ask my partner his opinion. Afterwards I was approached by one of the staff members who accused me of 'spying' on her shop. I didn't feel the need to defend myself and she didn't want to apologise for the weird and frankly, rude accusation. It's a shame I won't return to buy the pair of bathers I had admired, luckily Byron has plenty of great bathers shops that all seem to understand customer service much better than this one.
