Girl Overboard

I came to buy new swimwear at 71 years its not easy as it once was! I tried on about 6 and the ladies photographed me in each one to send to my daughter - they were so wonderful, the store was busy but they looked after me so professionally & were so friendly. I bought one - but after chatting to my daughter overnight decided on another - I returned next morning explained and was met with such good humour and smiles - just fabulous. I was made so comfortable while exchanging the suit - dont go elsewhere for your swimwear - they have it all. Thank you ladies you were amazing. Jen - Ewingsdale

I looked at the google reviews for this store as I am holidaying in Byron and wanted a new bikini. I was slightly put off as one woman said her children were greeted with hostility by the staff but I decided to go in anyway with my 3 year old daughter in tow. The staff couldnt have been more helpful and didnt have any problems with my daughter being there (Mind you, shes exceptionally well behaved) anyway I told them what I wanted and they found the exact costume I was hoping for to suit my body. I would definitely recommend this store.

My experience started well and I tried on a few different styles of swimwear however when I thanked the lady for all of her help and said I would think about it before I purchased, she gave me the filthiest look and just glared at me. There was no way I was going to purchase from there after that. If you're in a customer service role and your strengths are not in customer service then I think it might be time to find a new profession.
