        Just awful. This agent has kept every cent, with COVID cancelling the festival and the Govt recommending not to travel to the area. So we reduced our risk, and turned around after 3 days on the road. The agents MD said she was protecting their industry. My wife is a midwife and we chose to protect expecting mothers. Credit for later use requested - answer was NO, Refund of 80% requested (understanding they have wages to pay) - answer was NO. $10,000 lost, just a greedy attitude, with everyone I have told so far agreeing with us. Kudos to The Atlantic who did give our friends a credit to use at a later stage (wished we had booked there). We love Byron, but this has damaged the brand for us. We feel sorry for the musicians and local vendors. We intended to come back when safe, there is NO WAY we would book with Beach Houses of Byron. What a poor attitude from this business.
