The apartments were in a great location and the rooms were also very nice! The bed and pillows were great Highly recommend hiring a bike for the stay from the office The service and people running the place were lovely I hope to come back ASAP

RIPPED OFF and very upset after a HORRIBLE and INHUMANE experience. Our accommodation was accidentally cancelled & we were notified that Rose will be keeping our deposit paid in June. A second payment through airbnb did not process correctly, so our room was cancelled. Rose stated that its too late to re-book as she is fully booked with new guests. Which is great for them as they wont lose any money for our incorrectly cancelled spot. Rose goes on to state to me and air bnb that she will still be keeping our deposit paid in June even though they have new guests that are booked into our original accommodation. Rose and The Julian team have received $427 from myself PLUS a higher rate booking from new guests. I am really disgusted that a person would 'double dip' like this and also that air bnb would allow them too.
