Boost Juice Byron Bay

I have just had lunch at the Japanese across from a post juice and Boost was packed - like everyone waiting at least 20 minutes for their order. I watched as the only employee working, Ellie (I was so impressed I went and asked her name), served everyone with a smile on her face and completely stress free. As a hospitality professional myself I totally value her work ethic and wanted to let Boost know what an exceptional employee they have.

Forgot my order and served at least 6 familys before me, I also had to ask twice before they even started making my drink. had to wait at least 30 minutes and only then did they give me my drink and 1 card for a free drink next time.

The girls at this shop seem overstrained and have a lack of experience. Therefore, they are stressed and unfriendly. You have to go out of the shop while waiting for your drink, just because they are stressed if there are more than 4 people in the store, this is ridiculous. They sometimes forget to put the right ingredients into your smoothie and if you tell them, they even don't say sorry!! Juices are good, but the staff is stressed out and rude.
