I believe that if you find someone who is passionate about their product, then you will find a quality product, and that's what I think Karkalla embodies. Not only was the food and service exceptional, but the enthusiasm the staff showed for their ingredients was what made my night. There was so much passion and love in the way they spoke about where the food was sourced, from the oysters to the snapper, the betel leaf to saltbush, how it had all been prepared, suggestions on how best to enjoy their food and a short but detailed description of what was served. Once we'd finished, the waitstaff, chef and sous were happy to chat more and answer any further question I had. Thank you so very much, you all made for an unforgettable experience.

Exceptional restaurant, with amazing food and experience, and flavours and textures. Wonderful staff who love what they do and are passionate about what they are here for. Soooo good I didn't even take a photo. You can see from other posts.
