Ive been struggling with this shoulder pain for over a year now. I went to so many practitioners and non could really help me shift this pain like Dr Alex. Im finally feeling better and back doing the things I love like yoga. Dr Alex has a unique combination of skills, experience and knowledge with a background in ashtanga yoga along with his vast knowledge in osteopathy it was really the perfect practitioner for me. After experiencing chronic right arm and shoulder pain for quite some time I discovered Alex. After just a couple of appointments, and a series of prescribed home exercises, I am able to sleep on my right side again for the first time in a year or more. Alex has a great, open minded, easy going, yet professional approach. I call him The Guru!
