Michael and I have been working together on my structural problems now for around 3 or 4 years and I have personally gained so much from it that I now see regular check ups as a part of my ongoing health requirements, not as a remedial visit to fix a new problem. He has successfully identified and treated every issue I've had, from twinged backs, to impinged shoulders, a maltracking patela and a range of other poor gym technique related issues.
