I have been passed around from doctor to doctor, having to re-explain my history and repeat myself over and over and receive very impersonal, inconsistent, low quality care. Not sure if the high turnover rate of doctors is a sign? I really miss how this place used to be. Furthermore, I agree with the comment below where the process to facilitate appointments for mental health was very unpleasant. There was zero interest in trying to understand my position or trying to work with me towards a solution. I'll be going elsewhere from now on.

DREADFUL! I have a referral to see a psychiatrist. I rang up and spoke to a horrible lady called Liz. She was so rude, aggressive and hostile towards me. I am calling to see a psychiatrist for a mental health disorder so I am obviously in a fragile and vulnerable state and after being spoken down to by Liz I got off the phone in tears and have now relapsed! Liz should NOT be working in this line of work dealing with people who are trying to book in with a psychiatrist! I am now second guessing the integrity of this whole centre if they have someone this horrible answering the phone to fragile people who are simply calling up to get help with their mental health! In the space of a 1 minute phone call with her she has reduced me to tears and has caused me to relapse!! Liz needs to be fired immediately! Please dont let her do this to any more vulnerable people who are seeking help for their mental health! Absolutely appalling! I still need to see the psychiatrist. I have sent through the referral but it seems very difficult to actually get an appointment booked?
