The Health Lodge

Cant recommend and thank the health lodge enough. Without finding these guys and naturopath Reine in particular, I probably wouldnt be alive right now to review. After over a decade of debilitating and random symptoms that no one took seriously, we were Able to find the route cause of my issues and are now on the road to cure. Expensive yes, but good health is worth its weight in gold and alternative/integrative models will continue to be too expensive for most without widespread support.

My experience with the Health Lodge was very poor. You are charged a premium but the service was terrible. Reception and Doctors don't seem to have good relationships and or communication. I wish i had read the other reviews before i paid 300 for my initial consultation. I will find a different health provider. This service stinks, I hope this helps you avoid the same.

Naturopath highly expensive for very average service and knowledge. Upsold many supplements not required. Unprofessional in many respects. Receptionists friendly. Doctor and Kinesiolgist, other therapists are good but yet again expensive. I wish I had of read the other reviews on here before booking.Would of saved thousands of dollars and my time.

I was told that I was going to see a doctor but I was seen by a naturopath, then a two week wait for a tele health gp. All I wanted was a simple methelation test. I told them this straight up. They said they would do it. After payment, which was taken by them a day before I even attended the appointment! from an imprint of my credit card that they took upon booking, they informed me that I couldn't just get this test, but had to pay extra, they instead have me a blood test, which is something that I didn't even need or want. no Medicare rebate! I was flat out lied to by the staff who were rude, dismissive and combative. Nearly 300 bucks down the drain. For absolutely nothing. If I want to be lied to, belittled and treated poorly and left dissatisfied, I'm sure I can find a Cheaper alternative. Now I'm badgered for follow-up appointments, eft details and medical history even though I've told them I will not do it.
