A PERFECT STAY - Cactus Rose Villa

Pretty upset with our stay - People entering private while we were staying there... Listed issues below. AVOID a Perfect Stay. 1. The aircon seems to have an issue and ticked all night, we didnt get any sleep our second night until I could temporarily fix the next morning. 2. On the last day, someone (a pool cleaner), entered the property well before checkout as we were waking up. They could see directly into the bedroom where we were No notice, just let themselves into our private villa. Pretty upset about this one. 3. One of the lights blew out next to our bed when we tried to use the dimmer. No ones fault, must be a faulty bulb. 4. The pool was absolutely freezing, even on a 30+ degree day, despite saying its heated. We rented this villa specifically for the pool and it was too cold to use. 5. The curtains were pulled back in the adjacent store and shoppers can see directly into the pool and outdoor shower. No one wants to be seen in the shower. Despite this, the property was well maintained, beautiful and we loved using the bikes. I hope my feedback is helpful to improve other stays.

Great couples retreat. Very comfortable place but wish the pool temperature was a lot warmer as it was late March and the pool area doesnt get much sun. Has everything you need with a great walking location to everything. Would certainly stay again Thank you

Great location and house is really cool. Needs a bit of updating with a few things like couch old and uncomfortable and pool wasnt heated as advertised but all minor things the owner can quickly fix to get it 5 stars. Really nice for a romantic week away. A bit pricey and at the price you pay probably expect it to be top notch.
