        We bought a 40 dollar bodyboard. After 30 minutes in the water it broke. We went back and a friendly staff member told us the owner stopped refunding these things. So the owner knows of this and keeps selling these. Shamefull.

        Went into the store with children. Children obviously touch everything but we had them under control, the girl behind the counter was snarling at the children with her facial reactions - darling, children will touch anything that is not theirs, if they break it we will pay for it, but if we see you reacting to our children in this way, you will lose business very quickly as word spreads. We purchased some toys and some magnets as souvenirs. Don't like Byron Bay so we will never return.

        Lady didnt say hi or nothing. Just followed us around. Must of thought we were going to steal from her shop. Cant blame her, you cant trust us New Zealanders
