Human Design, Hypnotherapy, Breathwork - Renee Kathryn

I was gifted a human design reading and breathwork session with Renee and both times I was blown away. Working with the highest of integrity, she holds such a pure space where things come to light for awareness and healing. I have gotten to know myself on such a deeper level with her support and so value her many gifts as a human design guide and breathwork healer. I look forward to more sessions in future when I'm holidaying in Byron.

Renee is so talented. All of her practices allow her to combine and intertwine each skill to better support and hold space for you. I have done two Human Design sessions with her and a hand full of breath works. I will definitely being trying hypnotherapy too btw. Her integrity and decade of experience shine through to assist you in the journey of your session, this is what makes working with Renee an above and beyond experience. In my first HD session she knew instinctively that we had to unleash my anger architype and led me into a breathwork that changed my perspective and i am forever Forever grateful for. In challenging times, i have always been led back to breathwork with her but also hold the tools to guide myself when needed, thanks to Renee. I have come out of some breathworks with Renee, floating in bliss. HD is life changing. I always describe it as a defogging of a mirror. We all know who we are deep down but our unique life paths become complex and influenced. HD is not only a remembering but a reassuring tool to come back to our centre and live with more ease and kindness towards ourselves. Clearly understanding are individual imprint. Renee's knowledge of HD and the gene keys is absolutely insane but paired with her selflessness and pure love to help others, their is simply no other person i would ever recommend doing a HD session with. I would not hesitate to book any type of session with Renee, even reach out to her if you are unsure on where to start or what you may need. Highly highly recommend! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
