This program was perfect for us. Marte was so supportive of us through the whole process. We went from a baby that needed to be rocked to sleep to a baby that went to sleep on her own. Marte was so amazing in helping us find what worked for us and not pushing one way to get bub to sleep. Doing this through covid was hard but Marte was always available to talk us through the difficult bits and give us the support and encouragement we needed. Marte somehow got her calm energy through the phone which really helped us get through it.

Thank you Marte. I was so hesitant to sleep train my first baby (now three) and a friend recommended Marte. I wish I had have contacted her sooner. We went from struggling to get our nearly one year old boy to sleep and with long wakings in the night - to him falling to sleep quickly and staying asleep for the night. This was done in a very supportive, holistic way. I feel like i learnt valuable knowledge about sleep, how our body gets to sleep. And how to get my baby to sleep in gentle, kind, supportive ways. I contacted Marte again when we had our second boy. I didnt wait this time and she was again reassuring and supportive. I have also signed up to the online portal. So I can continue to support my families sleep needs. I find the videos a wealth of great information and easy to understand. Anything I didnt understand or needed some clarifying, Marte was happy to answer. Thanks again Marte
